With over 190 countries in Singapore, you can check whether you need a visa here.
However, having successfully obtained a Singapore visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid Singapore visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore.
The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry to SIngapore. Possession of a valid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore.
Every visa application will be considered on its own merits and is subject to approval.
Citizens of almost 80% of the world’s countries may travel to Singapore for a period of 30 days or 90 days without a visa, depending on their nationality. Countries requiring visas are categorised into countries eligible to apply for an electronic visa and countries whose citizens need a visa vignette.
