Scenario What you pay
A. Company already has a Singapore-resident director Incorporation S$800 + ACRA S$315 + secretary S$600 + registered address S$300 + accounting S$1,200 (excluding tax filing) = S$3,215
B. You stay overseas, no Singapore director As in A, plus a nominee director (Need a nominee director? We can provide one. WhatsApp us) and S$1,500 bank account opening support if used
C. You relocate on an Employment Pass through your company As in A, plus the EP (WhatsApp us for a quote) and MOM application and issuance fees. A nominee director may be needed until your EP is approved and you become the resident director

What’s not included

Office rent, any bank minimum balance, corporate tax filing, audit (only if the company isn’t audit-exempt; contact us for a quote), payroll (contact us for a quote), and the founder’s EP salary. An EP holder must earn at least the EP qualifying salary: currently S$5,600 a month, rising to S$6,000 for new applications from 1 January 2027. Both are starting points that rise with age, up to S$10,700 (S$11,500 from 2027) at 45 and above, and are higher in financial services. Paid-up capital can be S$1, though MOM looks at whether the company is properly set up to support the pass.

Hidden-cost checklist when comparing providers

  1. Is the ACRA S$315 included in the quote?
  2. Is the company secretary priced per year?
  3. If you need a nominee director, is the fee clear and are the terms in writing?
  4. Is accounting quoted separately from corporate tax filing?
  5. Is GST registration needed at all? It’s compulsory only if taxable turnover exceeds S$1 million, or is expected to.
