We are newly created company by local resident, we would like add DP holder as a share holder , my Question is we have to get LOC before add DP as a share holder ? any other work pass require be a share holder ??

Dear Laks,
You do not need to get LOC before adding DP as shareholder. A shareholder does not work for the company and thus, does not need a work visa. If the DP holder becomes a director or employee of the company, you will then have to apply for a LOC or Employment Pass for him/her.
