How to apply to Study in Singapore as a Foreigner?

There are 2 options for foreign students when deciding to study in Singapore Primary or Secondary Government Schools:

  • Assessment-based Entry 

    • 3 types of tests – Qualifying Test, AEIS & PACT 
    • After the AEIS, the Ministry of Education will make arrangements for students to attend schools, so placement is guaranteed 
    • AEIS is held annually, and standards are very high
  • Entry via Working Visas  

    • Applicable for students whose parents are working in Singapore and are holding working visas which include: 
    • No need for assessment tests

Employment Pass allows foreign professionals who have job offer in Singapore to relocate there and work.
